Horticulture: Department Information

Facilities

Grahpic of Map of GeorgiaThe University of Georgia (UGA), Athens, Ga., serves as the main campus for the Department of Horticulture. Offices and facilities are housed in Miller Plant Science Building, UGA South campus; additional offices are located in the Hoke Smith Building, UGA South campus.

The Department of Horticulture also has three additional facilities, the Coastal Plain Experiment Station and the Rural Development Center in Tifton, Ga., and the Georgia Experiment Station in Griffin, Ga.

There are also offices located at The Southeastern Fruit and Tree Nut Research Laboratory (USDA), Bryon, Ga. and the East Georgia Extension Center, Georgia Southern University, Statesboro, Ga.
